Chicken pulao receipe
Ingredients
- 5 Garlic
- 600 gmChicken
- 1 table spoon Cumin seed
- 1 table spoon Coriander
- 5-10 Cloves
- 5 Cardamom
- 5 Cinnamon stick
- 3 big Onion
- 4 Black big cardomom
- 6- 7-Black pepper
- 1- 2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 table spoon Lemon juice or acid
- 200 gm Water
For chicken pulao
500gm basmati rice washed into fresh water and soaked for 35 minutes
- Garlic
- 2 table spoon Ghee
- 750gm Chicken
- 2 tablespoon Cumin seed
- 1 tablesppon Coriander
- 5-7 Cloves
- 5 Cardamom
- 5 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Onion
- 5 Black big cardomom
- 5 Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or acid

- In a big pan add chicken garlic and all the spices from ingredients and water mix as well as bring it and boil it. ,cover and cook low frame until chicken is tender approx 20 minutes
- Take out chicken pieces and and set aside it. Strain and reserve chicken stock.
- You can put all the spices in cotton cloth and tie loose all the flavor can float in water easily while boiling.
- Now switch on the gas heat put on heavy gadge pot when it heated add ghee or butter then add some onion slices in butter/oil and fried until light brown now add all the dry spices for which you take for pulao
- Now add chicken pieces mix as well for 5 minutes on high flame add yogurt mixed as well with chicken then add red chilli,black pepper, chopped coriander and green chillies give it and mix it as well proper until oil separates approx 5 minutes.
- Later add salt on chicken
- Bring it to boil and soaked and strain rice cooked as well and heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Chicken pulao is now ready to serve garnished some coriander leaves and spicy chicken pulao spices on it.
9-Enjoy it with full raita and salad.
