This recipe make the jeera rice test of your own choice when you want to make fluffy perfectly cook try and high best taste which is full of flavour.

Ingredients-

  1. 3 teaspoonGhee/butter/ oil
  2.  2 cupBasmati rice
  3.   2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  4. 2 big Onion
  5. 3 Chillies
  6. 3 Cardamoms
  7.  2 teaspoonCumin seed
  8.  50 gram Coriander leaves
  9. 4 Cloves
  10. 2 stick Cinnamon
  11. Salt as a required

How to cook

  1. Wash the rice neat and clean. Keep the rise 15 to 20 minute to soak the water from it.
  2. Drain it completely and keep aside.
  3. Take a bowl heat oil aur ghi aur butter add cardamoms, cloves, and cinnamons.
  4. Add cumin seed and fried low heat till a nice Aroma comes.
  5. Add green chilli sambhar onions and till the onions till the onion are transparent coriander leaves heat for 2-3 minutes
  6. Add the soaked and rice and saute to it for 2-3 minutes
  7. This help to comes out of the aroma of the rice.

  8. Add water lemon juice and salt . still as well
  9. Keeping the flame on high let the water comes to boil. When the water boil reduce the flame 2 low and cover cook till all the water is absorbed and the rice is cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. Your dish is ready serve as hot
